Depending on the size, weight, and nature of the product, shipments are delivered either:
- Directly to the customer’s address, or
- To the nearest transport office (goods carrier branch) serving the customer’s location
The delivery method is selected to ensure maximum safety of the product during transit.
Door Delivery vs Transport Office Delivery
- Door Delivery: Door delivery is provided for eligible orders and manageable-sized items, subject to location accessibility and logistics partner availability.
- Transport Office Delivery (For Bulky Items): Large car body parts such as bumpers, fenders, panels, and oversized components cannot
always be delivered door-to-door
In such cases, the shipment is delivered to the nearest transport office, from where customers can easily collect their order by presenting booking details and valid identification.
This is a standard and widely followed practice in the automotive trade to ensure safer handling of oversized parts.
Dispatch Timeline
- Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.
- Dispatch timelines may vary slightly based on stock availability and order volume.
Once dispatched, transport details and tracking information are shared with the customer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on destination and delivery mode:
- Metro cities: 3–6 working days
- Other locations: 5–10 working days
Timelines are indicative and may vary due to transport routes, weather conditions, or regional factors.
Packaging Standards
